HELP DESK

Our dedicated help desk already helps other organisations like Desira Group, NCP and many other large and small companies who need the extra support.

As we like to keep our guys on the first line busy we have opened our help desk department to receive calls from new customers who do not have any support contract with us or with anyone else.

Our help desk is manned all day between 8:30am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Our guys have experience of all Microsoft platforms, major software programs and all common hardware products. We have experience supporting remote sites across the UK fixing mainstream and bespoke software problems.

Most faults can be fixed over the phone and if we need to, we can access (with your permission) your computer directly and fix the problem without you even doing anything.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fix the problem or it is a hardware failure fault, we can arrange an engineer to visit you on site if required.

There are 2 very simple ways you can pay for this service. First is by calling our 0906 number, this is charged directly to your telephone bill at £1.50 per minute, here is a breakdown of charges.

  • 10 minutes £15
  • 30 minutes £45
  • 1 hour £90

Or you can ‘pre-buy’ your hours on-line securely using any debit or credit card. Just give us a call to set up your account so you can use your support hours as you wish. And there is no expiry date as to when your prepaid hours will run out.
