HelpDesk Engineer x 2
Blue256 is Norwich’s fastest growing IT support consultancy. Based at Hellesdon Business Park, we provide full IT support, helpdesk, maintenance contracts, project management, roll-outs, consultancy and equipment supplies to companies such as Norwich City Football Club, Oasis Heathcare PLC, Desira Motor Group, National Car Parks and many, many others.
We are regarded by many of our clients as their IT department. We also work, very closely, with established IT managers and their existing teams on all forms of operating systems and network structures.
Over the last 12 months, we have grown quicker than general market expectations. Having successfully won another national contract, we have room for another 2 Help Desk Engineers to join our current team and also work alongside our Senior Support Engineers.

This position is primarily office based, so polite telephone manner is essential, as well as a full UK drivers licence, as some on-site work and/or assisting our senior engineers is required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience within an IT environment, who would like to progress with a fast moving and forward thinking company with strong growth and realistic career options.
